HIFU — High Intensity Focused Ultrasound — delivers precise ultrasound energy to the deep structural layers of the skin, triggering the body's natural collagen production. Unlike lasers that work on the surface, HIFU reaches the same tissue layer that surgeons address in a facelift, without any incisions.
HIFU（高强度聚焦超声）是一种将精准超声能量传递至皮肤深层结构的非侵入性疗程，通过刺激人体自然产生胶原蛋白来实现提升紧致效果。与作用于表皮的激光不同，HIFU能够直达与外科拉皮手术相同的组织层次，无需切开皮肤。

How does a HIFU treatment work?

The treatment uses a handheld transducer that glides across the skin, depositing focused points of energy at precise depths — typically 1.5mm, 3mm, and 4.5mm. Each depth targets a different layer: the superficial dermis, the deeper dermis, and the SMAS (the muscle-support layer beneath the fat).
疗程使用手持换能器在皮肤上滑动，将聚焦能量精准传递至特定深度——通常为1.5mm、3mm和4.5mm。每个深度针对不同层次：表皮真皮层、深层真皮层，以及SMAS层（脂肪下方的肌肉支撑层）。
The heat created at each focal point — reaching 60–70°C — causes controlled micro-injury that the body repairs by producing fresh collagen. Results develop over 3–6 months as new collagen matures.
每个焦点产生的热量可达60–70°C，造成可控的微损伤，人体通过产生新鲜胶原蛋白来修复这些损伤。随着新胶原蛋白的成熟，效果在3至6个月内逐渐显现。
Who is HIFU suitable for?

- Adults aged 30–65 noticing skin laxity on the face, jaw, or neck

- Those wanting to delay or avoid surgical procedures

- People with mild to moderate skin sagging — not severe ptosis

Not suitable for: active skin infections, open wounds, metal implants in the treatment area, pregnancy, or severe skin laxity (where surgery is the more appropriate choice).
不适合人群：活跃性皮肤感染、开放性伤口、治疗区域有金属植入物、妊娠期，或严重皮肤松垂（此类情况手术是更合适的选择）。
What to expect during and after
疗程中及疗程后的感受
Most clients describe a warm, tingling sensation as the energy is delivered — particularly over bony areas. A full face and neck treatment takes 60–90 minutes. There is no downtime; most clients return to normal activities immediately.
大多数客户在能量传递时会感到温热刺痛感，尤其在骨骼突出区域更为明显。全脸和颈部疗程通常需要60至90分钟。无需停工期，大多数客户可立即恢复正常活动。
Some mild redness or slight swelling is normal for a few hours. Occasional temporary numbness or bruising can occur. Initial tightening is noticeable within the first few weeks; the full result emerges at around the 3-month mark.

How long do results last?

A single HIFU session typically produces results lasting 12–18 months, depending on the individual's age, skin condition, and lifestyle. Most clients choose an annual maintenance treatment to sustain their results over time.
